A book about olive trees in Tuscany : mythology & history
An interesting little book written by Sandra Ristoro – expert in Etruscan archeology and Gilberto Stanghini – grower in Pistoia and member of www.vivaistipistoiesi.it – was presented to 30 journalists invited to Pistoia for a press tour visiting our greenhouses and of course olives plantations.
It contains beautiful photos about olive tree ‘s origins from the mythology until present time focused on Tuscany region and Etruscans .
Only in Italian version for The moment but in English in The future to spread The world information about these precious kind of tree & its nectar , EVO.
